Sometimes we find ourselves on the treadmill of life, almost robotic in how we are moving through our days. Yet inside of us, there is a hiker, a poet, a traveler, a plant or herb enthusiast, a chef, an author, an explorer, an artist, a singer a wanderer, a wonderer … you get the drift…

Did you know that one of the leading causes of depression is not following your dream? Your heart’s desire, that inner urge?
Do we catch ourselves saying we are too old for that now, it’s too late to start, or I am locked into this life, these circumstances …
“Singing and dancing are the voice of Dharma” A line from an old Bhuddist song. Dharma is your purpose, your responsibility , your duty.
Make time today to do something, anything that serves your dharma…. those creative inklings inside of you that express the true essence of you.
Sometimes when we get bogged down, we cannot remember what those inklings are – think about when you were 8 or 10 or even 12 … you will likely find a child that loved being in nature, or around animals, enjoyed sports, a wanderer and a wonderer, a child who enjoyed writing stories, poetry, drawing pictures, riding a bike – or maybe a child who loved nothing better than to sing out loud … when you remember that child inside of you, you will likely remember something about the dharma that you are here to express.
And never, never dim your light to fit in with others. You are here to express your essence, your individuality, to be your you-est you!
